New Beer From Driftwood, Belle Royale

April 21, 2010

I already told you about this.

Jason Meyer’s telling small beer about it.

JM: As a matter of fact… There’s an exciting new seasonal on the way, and the labels are already printed. We’re calling it “Belle Royale.” It’s a triple golden ale with a restrained hop profile, and brewed with sour cherries. Belle Royale is a brew of whimsy, but we’re confident it’s going to work out great.

Left4Beer has tried it. He gave it a 10/10.

  1. Heh. I was just typing up my own announcement… It’s a nice label, little bit different from the others but still high-class. Look forward to a good sup.

The Phillips interview will be up in a day or two (trying to spread out the good content), there’s a few releases from them to announce too…

  2. I Can’t wait for this one, I haven’t a beer I didn’t like from Driftwood. They’ve proved to be a great addition to the BC brewing scene
